FieldFlow CRM ("the App") is a private, internal business management tool used exclusively by authorized employees and contractors of the operating business. It is not a consumer-facing product and is not available to the general public.
All data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore), hosted in the United States. Data is protected by Firebase security rules and accessible only to authenticated users of the business.
The App connects to QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0 using the Intuit QuickBooks API. QuickBooks data is read to populate the App's dashboard and CRM, and estimates may be created in QuickBooks from within the App. No QuickBooks data is shared with third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share user data with any third party except as required to operate the App (Google Firebase, Intuit QuickBooks API, Anthropic AI API).
Team messages are automatically deleted after 48 hours. Business records (customers, jobs, estimates) are retained until manually deleted by an authorized user.
Access is restricted to authenticated users with verified email addresses. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. OAuth tokens for QuickBooks are stored securely in Firestore and never exposed to client devices.
Authorized users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting the business administrator.
